Any lab can test your product to see if you passed or failed, but we go out of our way to figure out what part in your process needs to be changed in order to ensure clean and properly dosed products.
Pesticide Testing
Our pesticide test can detect trace amounts of chemical pesticides in all hemp and cannabis products. By using the newest High Performance Liquid Chromatography in tandem with Triple-Quadrupole Mass Spectromotry (HPLC-MS/MS) Convergence Laboratories can identify and quantify trace pesticide residues. Quantified pesticide reporting provides our clients with a better understanding of contamination issues and how much pesticide is present, down to the most minute particles.
Potency Testing
No more guessing in the dark about the potency of your product! Through our testing protocols, we help our clients determine the consistency and potency of all their cannabis products. With our state-of-the-art instruments we can quantify concentrations of 11 cannabinoids and provide a comprehensive report for each product.
Microbial Screening
Our microbiological screening process using PathogenDX ensures safety by identifying the type and level of microorganisms present in each hemp or cannabis sample. It is known that exposure to microorganisms such as molds and bacteria cause health problems and can be particularly dangerous to people with compromised immune systems.
Residual Solvent Analysis
Comprehensive residual solvent screening for hemp and cannabis products is conducted using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, along with a headspace autosampler. Our methodology and instrumentation are the most advanced in the industry today.
Terpenoid Profiling
Understanding terpenes is essential to helping consumers identify the right strain for their needs. Through understanding terpenes, nursery breeders and cultivators can selectively modulate the terpene ratios of their strains, in order to maximize desired benefits.
Heavy Metals Screening
It is well known that the cannabis plant is an excellent bioremediator, soaking up a large majority of whatever the roots come in contact with; unfortunately, that means harmful heavy metals can be absorbed into the plant and are hazardous to the consumer’s health. With technology that detects heavy metals at concentrations at parts per billion, we are able to assure our clients that their products are clean and free from any of these hazards.
