Nicole Griffith Barbieri

Nicole brings to Convergence Laboratories her 22+ years of expertise in real estate, wine and cannabis industries along with her strengths in entrepreneurial ventures, leadership and problem-solving. She has developed expertise in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, operations and heightened strategic planning through her education and business endeavors. She is a long-term Sonoma County resident and an advocate in her community. Her focus on sustainable and responsible cultivation and manufacturing processes have been one of her many passions and a driving force to provide impeccable services. In addition to sitting on the Board of Directors for Convergence Laboratories, Inc., Nicole sits on the Board of Directors for Sonoma County Growers Alliance, the Advisory Board for Sensi Magazine North Bay and the Legislative Board for the California Cannabis Industry Association.
